Shipping times for LSC pieces depend on whether or not a product is in stock. Certain products are regularly stocked while others are made to order.  If an item is in stock, it will ship within one week. If an item is not in stock, you will receive an email notification with an estimated time for shipping. For expediting your orders, please email us to check availability. 14k solid gold is a great choice! Unlike gold-filled and gold-plated, it will last you a lifetime and you will be able to share its shine for generations to come! You can wear it everyday and everywhere - yes, even in the shower!

A few areas to pay extra attention to jewelry care:

Swimming-due to the risk of it falling off and getting lost. Make sure you are not wearing any loose pieces 

Cleaning-when using harsh chemicals or cleaning supplies

Gym- lifting weights can scratch gold and damage stones

Be careful with handling of larger stones as they can chip or crack if dropped or not handled delicately.  

Jewelry Repairs: 

We are so proud to offer Lifetime Repairs for your jewelry and you will need it because our fine jewelry is designed to last a lifetime! 

No matter what you need we will take care of it, most of the time we will cover the cost but depending on what is needed, there may be a fee.  

We offer free returns for a full refund/exchange/store credit within 15 days after the delivery date. Holiday related items have an extended time period for returns.
